Employee Drug and Alcohol Testing
Drug Testing
- 5 – Panel (Tests for Cocaine, Marijuana, Methamphetamine, Amphetamines, and Opiates)
- 10 – Panel (Tests for the 5 – Panel above plus: MDMA/Ecstasy, Benzodiazepines, Buprenorphine, Oxycodone, and Methadone)
- Negative results are available at the time of collection
- Non-negative results can be sent to the laboratory for further analysis
- 10 – Panel (Tests for Cocaine, Marijuana, Methamphetamine, Amphetamines, Opiates, MDMA/Ecstasy, Benzodiazepines, Barbiturates, Oxycodone, and Methadone)
- Negative results are available at the time of collection
- Non-negative results may require a urine sample be collected and sent for lab-based testing
- 5-Panel (Tests for Cocaine, Marijuana, Phencyclidine, Amphetamines/Methamphetamine and Opioids)
- ALL samples secured and sent to the laboratory for testing

- 5-Panel with ETG (Tests for the 5-panel above and alcohol)
- 10-Panel (Tests for Cocaine, Marijuana, Phencyclidine, Amphetamines/Methamphetamine, Opioids, Barbiturates, Benzodiazepines, Methadone and Propoxyphene)
- 10-Panel with ETG (Tests for the 10-panel above plus alcohol)
- ETG/ETS Only (Test for Alcohol)
- DOT Mirrored 5-Panel (Tests for Cocaine, Marijuana, Phencyclidine, Amphetamines, Methamphetamines, and Opioids)
- ALL samples secured and sent to the laboratory for testing.

Alcohol Testing
- Employee provides an observed breath sample (collected through a DOT recognized breathalyzer)
- Results available/recorded immediately following collection
- Confirmation test will be submitted 15 minutes following the initial test time
- Confirmation test must be administered through a breathalyzer
- Confirmation test will be submitted 15 minutes following the initial test time
