DOT Regulations 49 CFR Part 382.603 (FMCSA) and 49 CFR Part 655.14 (FTA) require that all persons designated to supervise drivers and/or other company officers authorized by the employer to make reasonable suspicion determinations, must receive reasonable suspicion training. This training is used to determine whether reasonable suspicion exists to require a driver to undergo drug and/or alcohol testing.

You will have access to the training video and all accompanying documents for five business days following your purchase. Once your session expires, you will not be able to access any of the training material.

Purchase includes: Supervisor handouts, PowerPoint presentation video, and a certificate of completion for each attendee to sign for your records. Please submit a list of attendance within 5 days of purchase. Again, do not purchase until you are ready to begin your 5-day expiration.
